mail order company sent me day lilly bulbs from ohio. do I plant them now in TX or wait until TX's fall?

Yes you should plant them now. Daylilys aren't bulbs though they are more a large root system. Maybe you mean Lilys? They are a a bulb. Either way plant them now.if it is daylilys then soak the roots in water over night to rehydrate them
