...your state or country's health agency and water resource agency were to certify the water safe and if there was no odor to the water?

Most people in the United states don't realize just how little "new water" is actually available. Also they do not realize the cost of the water. If we had to pay what the water really cost to produce many people would not be able to afford it.

Any body that lives in a city and has city water uses recycled water that is why they have waste/water treatment plants for and why we have sewers that go to these plantscause they take out the waste and put the water back into use by either putting it back in the ground for there wells to take it or by putting it back into the pipe lines like very large cities have to do.

malicious program repellent's no longer very eco friendly. we've community recycling containers a economic enterprise of green Glass/sparkling Glass/ Brown Glass/Paper and one for Cans & meals Tins between each 4 or 5 place of living homes and you truly observe in summer esp while human beings do no longer rinse issues out it attracts rats and different vermin to no longer point out the smell of a bin finished of sticky sickly candy beverages cans. I rinse them once I rinse my meals tins (some human beings do no longer try this think of the smell) and that i exploit the faucet run off while i'm waiting for the water to get truly warm or chilly , the water from a (needless to say) descaled kettle and each so often waste boiled water i.e from boiling an egg

I have been to country's that recycle waste water for watering. I would not od it myself. I live in an area where water is rationed every summer. I am used to letting my grass turn brown in the summer, less lawnmower time.

I've used non-potable water or"Grey" water for years for lawn, garden and other non consumable uses. It's perfectly safe as long as it has been properly treated.
