I just started cleaning apts/townhouses. They pay by the unit size, approx. $20/hr. I need more work. Any idea what the going rate is?

why don't you call some of the other companies out there and see what they're charging. Then charge 15%- 20% less, so you can begin to establish some clientel.

It might not be too honest, but I would call a similar business in your area and ask their rates.
