EBAY....hoorrah for ebay. Just look on ebay go to video games systems and find PSP then make it list by lowest price 1st.....I found 20 below $50 (and even bought one). Just wait until the listing is about to end. Feels bad screwing people over, but in then end, don't list your stuff lower than you are willing to take for it.

If you can't do e-bay for any reason, try GameStop or EB Games...I just picked one up myself for 170.00 and as with my XBox and PC games, I get all my games used from these 2 places also
