Forgiveness comes from the heart, therefore it is based on the individuals love for someone that will determine the forgiveness that they will render, not race or nationality. Love can cover a multitude of sins, even adultery. Many women will forgive an errant man because they love him so deeply. It is so sad that adultery became an issue in the first place, but people do silly and unthinkable things to each other. I am white, and yes, white people do forgive, and so do blacks, asians, whtaever race or nationality...BUT not ALL people forgive. It takes a deeply grounded person with a stron moral sense to be able to forgive in a true way...one that will forget as well.

Color and ethnicity does not have anything to do with forgiving. Forgiving is really dependent on the GRAVITY of the deception (cheating) one has done. But even so, there are still some people who forgive, no matter how wronged they were.

Some do. It depends on how much it means to you, how forgiving you are, and whether or not you've done the same thing before.
But that seems like a pretty racist and general question.
What do you count as "white" people? Just caucasians?Or albinos?
American ones, or English,Irish,Scottish,Welsh,Italian,German,Canadian,Mexican,African,Austrailian,Russian? should I continue?
If you do mean just Americans, do you mean white trash ones, poor ones, middle class or wealthy? Uneducated or highly educated? Male or Female?

Wow, I'm not white, but you seem a little racist to me. It depends on what the person's been through, not what their color skin is. If they had a life where they never trusted anyone, then they might never forgive, God forbid.

I dont think it depends on the color it depends on the person ,but if it helps I'm white and would not accept any form of apology for such betrayal.

I never have forgiven my EX of about 12 years. That is just something you don't do to anyone.
