I would like to know if you know or have known someone that smoked a pipe, and if they have had any cancer. If any cancer, do you know what target organ...Lungs, liver, esophagous, etc...This is for a study on pipe smoking. Most data indicates that cancers in pipe smokers are low. I am just doing my own research. No need to list names or relations....thats up to you. Thanks for your time.

My grandpa smokes a pipe and he has no ill affects. Good pipe tobacco contains no additives like cigarette tobacco. Its the additives that are bad for you. Also you don't inhale pipe smoke into the lungs.

(I smoke a pipe too, three to four bowls a week)

I don't know anything about pipe smoking but there's no filter, right? So that means that none of the bad stuff is getting filtered out of the tobacco at all. It seems that would cause cancer and a lot of other health issues worse than cigarettes.

I am definitely not endorsing smoking, but my pappaw smoked a pipe for as long as I can remember. As far as I know, he never had cancer. I do know that is not what killed him. He also grew his own tobacco and man it was strong.

So what you're asserting is, you have discovered a fashion for persons to beat the tax by using procuring "pipe tobacco" to roll their own cigarettes. yet another foul up by using the Obama admin. i might basically save quiet and purchase "pipe tobacco" and save on rollin' rollin' rollin'....

My grandmother started smoking a pipe from she was in her twenties. She died when she was ninety two of natural causes. She wasn't even sick.
