I have friend who always criticize the way girls dress, and these girls arent even dressed bad! I mean with speghetti straps shirts and stuff like that! They looked at me and said dont ever let ur daughter dress like that! I was affended. I usually dress like that! It's cute clothes I am not goin around topless! My friends r pretty big people! I think they r jealous! I dont know what to say to them! I am even afraid to let my daughter wear certain clothes around them! They even said something to me cause my daughter has a 2 piece bathing suit. I get so angry cause they r always saying stuff like that! It is about to ruin my friendship with them! What should I say to them! I am afriad to wear stuff cause I dont want them to talk bad about me! Sometimes I say it's a cute shirt or outfit!
I am just not sure what to do? and advice?
my daughter is 6, I see no harm in what she wears!

key word friends and if they talk about you then you need to let those jealous assisocate go cause they mean you no good and they are mad cause ain't no one saying any thing good about them let those hipocrites go you can find better friends who wouldn't hurt your feeling and make fun of your daughter clothing behind your back good luck

dont change the way u r too makes ur friends happy! Plus if they do criticize then dont hang around with them!
I mean y let them ruin ur happiness?

well these friends sound about as good as the dirt they walk on. Don't let them push you and others around like that, move on, there are MUCH better ppl out there.

Dont listen to them, tell them that YOU control your life NOT them. Just tell them the truth. Tell them that you like those clothes and there is no reason to criticize.

Well be yourself,don't worry about what anyone says about how you dress.Even less about how you dress your daughter.People who critisize are spiteful.If you ask thier opinion,fair enough,otherwise suit yourself
