i have them on my butt to. i tried the cocoa butter thing and it didnt work. funny thing though when i was pregnant i used the cocoa butter and kept using it after i had my son and i dont have one stretchmark on my stomach. i think the ones on your butt come from haveng a really small one then hitting a growth spurt really fast. dont feel bad ive had mine as long as i can remember too.

Cocoa butter does work if you use the Palmers Cocoa Butter , and if you use it about 3 or 4 times a day. They start to fade about 2 weeks after you start using it. Just keep using it and you will see the results.

I strongly recommend breaking open Vitamin E capsules and applying this... everyone's elasticity is different and although it will help diminish them, nothing is totally effective at making them disappear 100%.

I don't know about getting rid of ones that you've had for years, but it works to prevent them during pregnancy if you use it everyday.
