a friend of mine was sent overseas to get a degree by his employer. He want to go back because he felt that he couldn't get it. In the same time he doesn't want to lose his face and seen as a failer. He want to slip a way somehow without lsoing respect. What advice I should give him?

Tell your friend to talk to his employer to find out what their expectations are for him in the company. "The longest journey begins with the first step", your Friend will be better off being honest. The employer will appreciate the honesty.

Tell him I hope his English is better than yous and to just grow a pair and stand up for himself screw saving face be a man and the world head on

Just tell him to be honest and tell the employer he's just not interested.
