QB: Carson Palmer, Rex Grossman, Chris Simms, and I picked up the undrafted Vince Young
RB: LT, Fred Taylor, T.J. Duckett, Joseph Addai
WR: TO, T.J. Houshmandzadeh, and Joe Jurevicius
TE: Tony Gonzalez,
PK: Neil Rackers
DEF: Bucs Defense and Bills Defense
Where are my weaknesses and who should I trade and/or trade for?

Well, we only start 2 WRs, and I picked up Grossman and Young after the draft, as well as Jurevicius. I picked up the Bucs Defense in the 9th round and Rackers in the 10th. I was going to go after De'Shaun Foster and Vernon Davis and trade Gonzalez and someone else for him. I do need more depth as far as WRs are concerned, but I am not sure who I should go after.

Actually. Thats a pretty sound team. YOu could stand to upgrade your second RB, and your Wideouts. You don't need 4 QB's so trade one for an additional WR.

I like Palmer as your starter, but why Grossman? He's been there three years and has yet to prove he can be an effective quarterback. I like Chris Simms as a backup, as he was good near the end of last season, and Vince Young could get some playing time with only the very average Billy Volek ahead of him.
As for your running backs, Tomlinson is a beast, but your lineup behind him is questionable. Taylor is a good back and should see more carries with Greg Jones gone for the season, but his age and durability are major concerns. Duckett will get some touchdowns, but won't do enough else to make him a reliable start. I love Joseph Addai's upside, particularly since he'll see early playing time platooning with Dominic Rhodes.
All the practice Terrell Owens has missed is going to hurt him more than you might think. Just look at some of the spectacular plays Bledsoe and Terry Glenn have made this preseason, and you can see the advantage of building chemistry and trust between a quarterback and his receivers. Houshmandzadeh's numbers will depend entirely on Carson Palmer's knee, but that knee looked pretty good against Green Bay, and so did Houshmandzadeh. Jurevicius is not a pick I would have made, since he will be competing for receptions with Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow, and the Browns will be breaking in Charlie Frye at quarterback.
After seeing your skill positions, I have to wonder how high you took your kicker and defenses. Those picks would have been much better spent on another wide receiver and better backups at quarterback and running back. Really, there is little enough variance among kickers that as long as you have somebody on a winning team, you'll be fine. With defenses, you can just play matchups. For example, you ordinarily would want to steer clear of Arizona's defense. However, their week one opponent is Alex Smith and the abysmal San Francisco offense, so they should be a pretty good play.
Your team's major weakness is depth, especially at wide receiver. You have three wide receivers to fill three slots and four quarterbacks to fill one slot. Does this seem a little strange? See if anyone will give you a decent receiver for Grossman or Young. You also might want to dump one of your defenses, unless you are carrying both because their schedules compliment each other.

Overall not that great. Palmer at QB you're good at. RB is weak with no depth. WR is marginal at best and again no depth. TE and K are sound but they are not big points producers to begin with. Bucs D is OK but rather up and down. You better get some depth at RB and WR and get rid of some of the QBs. You need 2 QBs at most and then only to cover Palmer bye week, after that carry 1 QB, 1 K, and 1 D. Use the spots to carry the real points producers...RBs and WRs but by now you'll be hard pressed to find any good ones unless you can con a trade somewhere.

Drop grossman and Young. Neither will be a factor.
Fred Taylor is always a risk to get hurt. Addai will be a non factor
TO won't play enough to matter.I like TJ Who's-Your-Momma. He will have a very good year this year. Jurevicious doesn't really have a QB in Cleveland, so don't expect much.
Gonzo is the best possible choice at TE but TE are pretty much a non factor unless you are in a system that throws to them 24/7
I like Rackers
Play the Buccs D

I'd say one of your most glaring weaknesses are your backups and your depth. Your #1 slots are obviosly top-notch, but Grossman and Simms as backup QB? You better hope Carson doesn't get injured, but you probably know that the chances are he will. This is sort of nit-picky, because otherwise I really like your team. As long as you don't succumb to injuries, you should be quite successful. Good luck.

the variety you ended up with Braylon and Andre is previous me, as is the certainty which you have wound up with Adrian Peterson, Jamal Lewis, and Ronnie Brown. the only project I see is TE as reported previously yet Davis has upside, and protection, Baltimore's protection has slipped lots over the final couple of years. Grade: B+
