In the 80's a big role model for fashion was Madonna (her early years). Big teased hair with a scarf tied in it.
Mini skirts with ripped lace stockings and over that the socks that have the lace around them that go up to the ankle.
The high heel ankle boots. Heavy makeup, lace gloves, big hoop earrings. Bangles lots of them or even those rubber bracelets. Swatch watches were big too. Also long skirts with the slit up the back with high heels, oversize sweatshirts cut around the neck so it would hang off the shoulders so a tank top or bra strap would show, and worst but not least shoulder pads.
Definitely watch some 80's flicks, so many different styles in the 80's.

Leggings worn with an oversized, off the shoulder T-shirt tied in a knot on one side, two pairs of different colored slouch socks worn at the same time with one sock of each color on each foot and put on in reverse order so it looks like a checkerboard when you hold your feet together, Hi-Tops with those curly laces, and crimped hair in a Scrunchie on the side of your head. Watch Kelly on Saved by the Bell for inspiration!

Jeans that are tight all the way to the ankle (try thrift stores) and a belted, loose top that hangs off one shoulder with maybe a tank top underneath. Then make big hair. You're good to go.

i don't think you will have to look very hard because the 80's style is back this season short skirts with leg gins long shirt with a big belt feathered teased hair and tennis shoes with bobby socks"like gag me with a spoon"

An off-the-shoulder 3/4 sleeve shirt in turquoise, Bright pink miniskirt [really mini], and black tights [with or without leg warmers] under with silver flats. This is cool 80s clothing, not sure if its wat youre looking for.

leg warmers, big hair,with a headband, a tennis dress belted with a shiny metallic slim belt, probably somones high school jacket. and rebok tennis shoes.
