devour more effective meals with protein and wholesome fat such as avocado, olive oil, nuts, fish etc.. a lot of fruit and vegatables aswell.. attempt to do weight coaching 3 cases per week with weighted squats, deadlifts, lunges.... And do cardio 2 cases per week...
