I've never worked for Sprint, but I have worked for a call center (banking).

I lasted 3 months. I quit without having a job lined up.

Most people who call their cell phone companies call because they have problems...dropped calls, inaccurate bills, roaming charges, signal strength, etc.

They will yell, curse and blame you personally for their problems. You are attached to a phone for 8 hours a day. You may get 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

It takes a special type to work at call centers.

Is it a relay center for sprint? I worked for Verizon Relay call center, and believe me it's not fun.
