I plan on it only if i don't have enough to retire or by the time i am that age and in a career that i absolutely love and don't want to give up, granting that my body would allow it. Cost of living will be much more in the future, so my answer is yes.

I plan to work after I retire from the Post Office. Having walked over nine miles for 30 years, I'm looking forward to a job where I get paid for sitting and talking

It is hard to answer that question at my age, but I really think I will work past retirement age...I know too many people that have retired, and either regret it, or their bodies start to fall apart...

More and more, the rising cost of living makes it difficult to live on a fixed income. Many people seek out part time jobs just to try to stay even with the ever rising cost of living. Remember, it wasn' t that long ago that gasoline was $19.9 cents a gallon, and a 8oz bottle of coke cost a dime, and a package of Wrigley's Juicy Fruit gum cost a nickel. A postage stamp cost 0.03 cents for postage. You cannot stop eating, and medication and medical care is not optional!

I do. Because I did not go to college, and I did not get a good job, and I do not have a 401K, and I do not plan to, since I only make enough to pay my bills, I have nothing to save. So yes, I will be one of those crabby old ladies who work at the book store in the mall, and one day I won't show up because I'll be dead.

I will, but not in my current career. I will work part time for an environmental group like Defenders of Wildlife or World Wildlife Fund. The wildlife need our help.

I don't want to but if I have to because of the lack of money then I will.
This is so far away however that I neither want to nor can plan on it.

I do because most people get sick when they become sedentary after working for years. Besides, that's when I get to do more of the things that I want to do.
