actually, contrary to popular belief, milk DOESNT help you grow. Alot of ppl dont know that, but its true. Males reach there peak hight when they turn 16, and for females, well, its when your 14 when you reach you peak hight.... :(
but dont worry, at least you dont have to bend over that far to smell the flowers!

Assuming you're not mal-nourished, your height will most likely be genetically determined. They say that your growth tends to slow down once you get your first period, and usually girls are as tall as they'll get by the time they're 15-16. Everyone's different, though. So you could still be growing. Or not...

Besides, being tall isn't all it's cracked up to be (I'm 5'9" and have been since 8th grade). I WISH I was a few inches shorter...

Yeah I guess cause I got my period in 5th grade and i've grown alot since then! And to tell you the truth I've never had the biggest boobies in the world but this year they've grown alot and I'm in 11th grade now so i guess it just takes time. And i've also gotten alot taller, so you'll develop everywhere. But dont worry you'll catch up with em...

Yes, you can still grow! You don't truly stop til you're an adult. Drinking milk makes ur bones stronger, and is all over good for you, so it wouldn't hurt to drink it. You're still going through puberty, so don't sweat it!

Yes. You'll keep growing until you turn 16. 98% of your growing
is completed by the time you are 16.

yes, of course! where'd u hear that? look @ any sites about periods and it'll say that u CAN grow after ur period.
and anyway, when u have ur period, it means u ENTER puberty, and not that it's the end of it. so when u think about it, u shud grow MORE after u have ur period. hope this helps :0)

Getting your period does not stop you from growing. Everyone develops at different rates, so don't worry about it, keep eating healthy, and you will be fine!
