well all i got to say is your in trouble and either REALLY hot water or Really (20`F.) and pore it on your hand sorry babe thats all i can do or say it mite help good luck if not call the ambulance.

get a cold wet cloth and try to slid it in between your hand and the area that should work something similar happened to my friend
