"Fantastik" works great on anything white without ruining the paint or finish or fabric of the item. Great alternative to bleach. I use it on sneakers and any pesky stain.

If it's real wicker, as in natural fiber, you shouldn't soak it with water. but if it's a woven synthetic, you can vacuum it to get dust out and then wash with soapy water, and hose it down.

Hose it down with high pressure water, warm to hot preferred and let it dry in the hot sun

you local hard ware store has acid wash ...just takes a pinch mixed with water on a spray ...garden hose cold water !!

simple green in a hose sprayer works great
