"Syriana" is a complex movie that requires a lot of thought. I thought it was an excellent movie. It tells a story from many different view points and allows the audience to see how the world is such a mess right now. All I know is that I stared at the wall for about 30 mins after I watched it. I felt it was well done and allowed for much mind provoking thought.

great question!!! I couldn't even watch the whole thing. I felt so dumb but I could not follow it nor could I find the point. It's rare that I shut off a movie...but Syriana earned that one!

Basically--or should I say "complexly" (haha), Oil, Terrorism, governments...all more related than we think...and all working together to keep certain people rich and in power. The "bad" guys won in this movie.
