my husband had back surgery and he cant work so now we have to file we purchased a hd motorcycle 1yr ago and got disabilty ins now they are making our payment will we loose our bike? since the ins. is making the payment ?

1 year ago we purchase a hd cycle and got disabilt ins. on the loan now my husband cant work but the payment is being made from the ins. we purchased at the bank will we loose the bike when we file and yes life is more important then a bike

Check ' Nollo Press ' but look before you buy. They don't play fully on your side but for what it is, beats talking to a lawyer. Also check the net itself under that category. It' like anything legal. You have to put in the research time.
