no but i had to drive over one that was being repaired from a hurricane and that steel grating is slippery to drive on

No, I like to look at the water. Only on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge I get nervous, because you go underwater in a tunnel a couple times and if something happens, there's no escape.

Yes, I am, have been since I was about four years old, every since a Jehovah's Witness showed me these horrible, horrible images of what the end of the world would be like. One picture had a bridge breaking apart and people falling in the water. Several terrorizing things happened in that year, and it was the first time in my life I ever had reason to cross a long bridge, with my Aunt, the Jehovah's witness. Left permanent scars, 44 years later I still cringe in fear when I cross over a bridge. Great thing to show a kid huh?

Yes, especially since I drove over the Verizon Bridge in NYC and there were severe wind warnings. I had my fingernails practically embedded into my hand from holding the steering wheel so tight.

I used to be because one started opening up as I was driving over. But now I I know the time it will open and close.

When I was a kid...I was scared of my parents driving UNDER bridges because I used to think they would collapse and we would die...
