It's not a driver you need, but rather a CD burning program. I don't know of any free ones off hand. Nero is an excellent program but it is not free. Windows XP comes with built-in CD burning software.

The best place to get the drivers is from the computer makers website such as http://support.dell.com or http://support.hp.com , unless it is an aftermarket device. For aftermarket devices do directly to the cd burners makers website for the drivers. Driverguide and other similar website are good resource if all else fails, such as when Blitzz went down and closed all its websites with drivers. But keep in mind these drivers are often outdated and/or mislabeled.

Please check that do you have any CD Writer in you machine If yes check the brand name and download from the same brand website. or if u need driver just go driverguide.com and sign in and search for better driver

Where is she trying to copy the music from ?
If it's from Windows Media Player then she may have DRM set on and so it won't copy.
