The producers have a big problem. I am worried they are going to be PC and are afraid of racial or gender accusations.
In the last episode, fat mamma set things up so she could be unchosen, and be ok with that. And that show had her saying how badly she new feedback wanted to win more than her.
If the white old comic book guy chooses a white male superhero over a black woman, there will be all kinds of racist or gender accustions. It could be that the last episode was to try to soften that choice.
Personally I do think feedback matches the traditional comic book hero style that the comic book guy is used to, and he has commited to put the winner in their own book. But I also think fat mamma had the coolest cover art, and it would be easy to justify her win from her caring and nuturing attitude, and how a "mom" should finally be recognized as a superhero for all their work and sacrifce.
So for the network's PC concerns, and the above, I think they will choose fat mamma.
