Black and turquoise are always attractive together, and a black blouse would open up the whole "turquoise jewelry" thing. For a super-bold look, the color opposite of turquoise is a red-orange :)

Brown or coral colors look really beachy, desert-y. Or, bright white for your top with turquoise jewelry. Even jet black!

u must wear baby pink or light colors of pink white is good too .pink is loog elegant with pink shimmering lips and turqoise shade on lids and a little white under brow .with pinky cheaks.
