I'm sorry, but i need to go off subject and ask why people showing a modicum of sympathy towards republicans always have bad ratings on their answers? It's stupid, and people who think Michael Moore is a god and is always right need to get a life, and think for a second whether or not it's a good answer, not whether or not it's a republican or democrat answer.

He may or may not be against gay marriage. I don't recall what his stand is.
Just because he has a gay daughter doesn't mean that he doesn't still love her as his daughter. They can still have opposing views and opinions and still love each other.'

My recollection is that Cheney continually held that position. once you've it, submit a link to an before quote the position he changed into adversarial to gay marriage even as he changed into vp. i'd be incorrect, yet i don't think of so.

He isn't against homosexuals being married. But apparently the vast majority in this country are. And they aren't elected, they do the electing. But never fear, you have the District Supreme Circuit courts to over turn the will of the people.

He says it should be left up to the states (instead of a national ban). I agree. Marriage has always been as issue that each state regulates in its own way.

Publicly he is. In actuality he really could care less. That goes for most people. Given his status, he had to give a response and the party members dictated that he should be against it.
