High bilirubin is just a symptom of an underlying problem. Bilirubin is a waste/breakdown product, and is processed by your liver, and exits your body in your stool and urine (its what gives them both their color).

High bilirubin can have a lot of different causes. For example: Since it is processed by your liver, it is possible that a high level indicates that your liver isn't functioning like it should.
Some bilirubin comes from the breakdown of your red blood cells. If your red blood cells breakdown too fast, they can cause a rise in your bilirubin. These are just a couple of examples.

Regardless of the cause, there are some simple tests your doctor can do on your blood to determine where the bilirubin is coming from. Once she determines that, then she can tell you how easily fixed the underlying problem is. Good luck.

The question is not about your age, it is about the outfit. If you are wearing a super-mini skirt, low cut top and tons of makeup it will make you look cheap. But if you wear a pair of nice jeans, a classy top then it should be fine. And do not believe the rumors about deformed calf muscles. But it is possible for your feet to hurt, so I recommend to wear your heels all weekend before, even inside the house. A little heel walking tip, make sure to step normally. Don't step with your toes first. Walk normally like you would with regular shoes on. Heel first, then work your way down to your toes. It is more safe and stable that way and it looks much better and refined.

Not just lights. UV lights, get him some Sun Shine!!! Make an appointment with their Pediatrician also just to make sure there isn't a more severe underling problem.
