If you are missing your periods for 2 months and you are having morning sickness there is a good probability that you can be absolutely certain of your problem, or circumstance without any question in about 7 months. At this point I would think you are going to have a child.

well this all depends on you body you get be fatigued, you might also have an increase urge to pee, you may also mentally feel as if something is not right but you won't for surely know til you take a prego test about two weeks after you period

Your breasts are very tender. They eventually get bigger. You pee alot. When you pee it feels like there's still something in there but you can't tell what. You're sleepy.

Your breast become more tender or softer than usual and if you notice a little they grow too.That is one of many other that i cant remember at this time.

smell changes.
bladder seems full and lots
of urinating.
swollen ankles.
cravings.
you can develop acne.
breast tender.
changes in stomach area.
some foods will make you sick to smell them.

It goes without saying you have to have had sex....go to drug store get an EPT, use it, then, get yourself to the Dr.
