Make sure you are getting enough vitamin B, that will help. Caffeine substitutes will only make you crash out about 25 minutes after the initial rush and then you'll feel worse.

If you get sufficient sleep and yet don't feel refreshed from that sleep, you might want to check into adrenal fatigue as a reason behind it. If that is what it is, then adding artificial stimulants will only make things worse. Here is a website that will tell you more about adrenal fatigue. http://www.adrenalfatigue.org

Sometimes when I take some pills called xenadrine I get really alert!!! It has aspirin, caffeine and some kind of herbs. I use it for losing weight but man, it keeps you up all night if you take it late in the afternoon!!!

lots of sleep is not always good, u just need to get enough sleep, if u sleep to much it can make u just as tired as not getting enough, u could always try an energy drink i recommend a monster energy drink

iron, 8- 10 hrs sleep, iron, and vitamin c, and b complex. lots of sleep also depends on when you get it. between 9:30 pm and 6 am is best for hrs of sleep.
