Walk away from him/her. You have to be the stronger and more mature person, as much as you dislike the person.

The best way to fight a bully is to sneak up on him and sucker punch him in the mouth. You should punch him hard enough to knock him down and then say some crap to him and casually walk away. He will probably not mess with you after that.

Using violence is not the way. You should report him or her to the authorities evertime you are bullied. The bully will give up because they don't want the hassle. But don't give into taunts like - you're a coward or a snitch. A bully is a criminal and should be treated like one. Snitching or being a coward have nothing to do with it. It takes courage to expose a bully and to stand up to one in a proper way.

U DON'T! the best way to "deal" with a bully is to 1, stand tall when they confront you. 2, look them dead in the eye. 3, say nothing. This shows that you have no fear of them and they will soon get bored of their own foolish behaviour. Bullies are usually being bullied by someone else and they just need to find someone who they feel is below them to take their frustrations out on.
Be strong, non verbal, non violent and brave.
