I think it was her parents. I think her mom was getting jealous of the little girl because she was so successful in what she was doing and I think her dad was molesting her.
So anyways my vote is on the parents.
I only want to know how come we all know this but the police find it impossible to come up with the evidence. They have had less evidence on people and have convicted them.

Her brother killed her and her mom and dad tried to cover it up so they wouldn't lose both kids. The DNA evidence under her nails is from someone else. The Ramsey's had had a Christmas party and who the hell knows what went on with whoever showed up, or what might have happened. I think that part of it has little to do with the murder. I really think her brother hated the attention his little sis was getting and just freaked and killed her the next night. The Ramsey's put so much focus and attention into JonBenet (and her pageants) that it is easy to see how a sybling could feel rejected, unloved, and utimately enraged.
btw, funny how the people here at Yahoo Answers KNEW right away, when they first learned of Karr, that he didn't do it. Kudos to all of you.

I think it will always remain a mystery. I think her parents had something to do with it.. however it is not for us to judge. I do think however that if a parent were innocent, they wouldn't need to seek refuge behind a lawyer right away. An innocent person would say... take my blood, hair, saliva ANYTHING YOU NEED just find the person that killed my child. I dont' know if you know this or not, but BOTH the Ramseys didn't co-operate with the police.. they went right out and got a lawyer and they wouldn't give ANY specimens until it was COURT ORDERED.. that doesn't sound innocent to me.

My opinion> Her big step-brother from college was "playing" with her while he would be home from college. things got carried away during one of their "play" times and he choked her to death. He didn't know what to do and panicked. Patsy caught him trying to figure out what to do as he woke her up fumbling around trying to figure out what to do. Patsy came up with the idea of hitting Jon Bonet on the head which was the final killing blow. their she concocked a story of someone else breaking in. then she sent him on his way back to college. and covered it up by writing that note which she practiced probalby a few times to get it right that it would not resemble her own hand printing. My opinion and not to be taken as the truth. Just my opinion on the whole thing. why else would a college kid go back to college the night before christmas day? alittle suspicoius I 'd say. As for the duct tape, I did a friend a favor of checking into online modeling sites because she wanted to get her grand-daughter into the business. I found quiet alot of sick supposedily child modeling sites out there that promote kids as young as 10 wearing thongs and doing partial nudity. My friend pulled her grand-daughter out of the business really quick. and I also made a formal complaint to the government on these sites.
