The IE and Firefox are telling you that the site you are visiting has a expired or invalid certificate, I have seen them do it to good sites too., You need to change the settings in tools, options, advanced, their will be a setting that says, "warn me of invalid certificates", unclick this, and restart the browser, this should resolve your problem, but I would be cautious, they are telling you this for a security reason..
