Well, Aravis was an empowered 14 yr old in The Horse and His Boy, so you could use that. How about something thats a bit androgynous, like Georgie, or Joe? Or something like Domino?That could work, its got a lot of power...Hecuba? Look for translations of Greek/Arabic words too.Aziza means powerful in Arabic, Faiza is victorious, Maisa means one with proud gait/walk so that could be good.

EASY... check out any BABY NAME book or website. You'll get a ton of ideas. Also check what they consider to be "boy" names. I am not a music lover but... I LOVE the name JAZZ for a young strong woman.
