i think you are just the right size. you need to build confidence by appreciating yourself in your size. i mean, you could be a lot shorter or weigh a lot more, so be happy with the way you are. trust me, i used to think i was fat until gained 20 more pounds, and then i realized i really was getting fat. i would do anything to feel the way i did 20 lbs ago. appreciate yourself before this happens to you and you have to realize the hard way. i think you are just fine the way you are! and always smile, that's an instant confidence booster. hope my advice helped!

it all depends on how much of it is muscle. Like, I am 5'8" and 205, but Guys still seem to think I'm hot. and apparently I'm all muscle. But 130 is pretty thin, no matter how tall or short.
you can pick out eveerything posotive about you and write it on a list. put it where u see it everyday.
you might also try putting your pictures on sights like buddypic.com When i felt ugly or fat, i just looked on there and there were often some good comments.
If you still feel fat, try working out. tighten what you think is fat [that probably isnt that bad]. this will increase your energy and hopefully your confidence.

u r not fat. to build ur confidence exercise if u dont already. it will make u feel good and u will have more confidence and maybe even more compliments for other ppl. if you do exercise then try on some clothes that fit you and your figure will look a lot better. Just have a better attitude on life! :)

ur BMI is 20.4 and u are at a normal weight. u can build ur confidence by noting all the good things about ur body, u can wear nice clothes that make u feel better, ummm.... if u feel ur too skinny talk to ur parent or family member preferrably female and tell them that u feel ur too skinny and that u wanna gain a few pounds. eat. but eat healthy. lots of healthy foods can fatten u up. not jus junk food. hope i helped.

No it is not fat! Do you exorcise regularly. Being physically fit is one way to build your confidence! Also dress nicely. By this I mean wear clean clothes. Iron them as well. Show yourself in the best light possible!
