Well u cud make a nice one by covering a sheet of cork with felt paper and fitting it into a wooden frame...for a cheaper and faster way...just cover a sheet of thermocol with felt or cloth and hang it...

Do you mean a cork board? Because you can buy cork in a roll or in squares at a hardware store and fit it into a picture frame.
But if you mean on the net, I have no idea....

I think it would be better if you made your own website and posted things that people wanted on it.
It whould reach out to far more people then just a dinky old bulletin board.
