i waana know that who will win this case of cricket. pcb or a umpire i mean to say hair.

its not about winning or losing...crket has already suffered a hell lot...hair is gonna be out ofcourse...but poor inzi without any fault wil ahve 2 face ban...thats how the poor crkt laws are...but im sure pakistan will go on to the court..paki hav a strong case

Nothing will happen to PCB. Hair is out of cricket for ever (not a bad thing). Inzi will face reduced or suspended charges for failing to lead his team out. It will be reduced suspended due to mitigating circumstances of a deliberately insensitive and provocative piece of umpiring. The laws on ball tampering will be modified to allow any 'working' on the ball that uses only the ground and the bowlers clothing, fingers and saliva. (That would legitimise what England did when they got the ball reverese swinging and converse swinging against Australia in Ashes).
If this is nipped in the bud quickly and we move on then cricket will not be the poorer....indeed it may be the richer as the imbalance between batsmen (ie smaller grounds, covered and flatter pitches etc) and bowler is evened out a bit.

Hair is an umpire he operated with in the Laws of the game, Pakistan did not by firstly cheating AGAIN, secondly by tampering with the ball AGAIN and thirdly even the Pakistan manager said the Pakistan captain made mistake in not coming out to play.
If the ICC doesn't back Hair, then why should any other umpire call cheating teams like Pakistan?

Hair has given a wrong decision and has ruined the test, he would definetly be kicked off by the ICC.
hair always wanted to get fame, he did the ssame in 1996 against Sirilanka and then after getting so much fame he published a book named "The Decision", the bok got good bussiness and hair was rich now he is planning to do the same, he wants to get the fame and release another book and get alot of money. This decision is definetly a reason to get fame.
on the other side darell hare has always been against the Asians and this is another example of this.
