My best length has been 11.5 in. and I measured it with a ruler. This was in a very aroused state.

In the daily practice of vacuum pumping and growing. at present: 8.5" x 7.5" cut.
used a tailor's/seamtress tape measure. had to measure in order to order the pump kit. and on-going to record progress.

i measured many times, it's just shy of 7 inches. It's plenty thick too. my boyfriend says so.
