Check to see if your local newspaper has an online job search as many do. Monster and most of the large national sites I have found to be full of junk and clutter like get rich quick schemes and work from home (once you paid us) jobs which take forever to get past. My local paper however has a large jobs database right on their website and it has alot less of the BS.
