A Realtor is a real estate broker or agent that is a member of the National Association of Realtors. A Mortgage broker finds a home buyer a loan from a lending bank.

These are two totally different professions.

Realtors sell homes.

Mortgage brokers sell home loans.

They often work together on home purchases.
