You could have a bug or maybe it was something you ate. Cramping could be due to perhaps a strained abdominal muscle which you could have gotten from the eliptical. If you have a strong feeling you could be pregnant take another test, because one isnt always efficient. whether it comes back positive or not, you still should see a doc to really see if its pregnancy or any of the other things i mentioned. Hope everything works out for you.

yes i would do another test.
when i was pregnant with my son the first test came up negative i went back to the doctors a few days later for one and it was positive, sounds like t could be slight nausea and the cramps could be indicating eptopic pregnancy, it might not be too early to test when my test became positive i was only 4 weeks pregnant.
just have another one at the doctors if negative he/she might be able to tell u why u have these symptoms. it could be somethin else

yes do another test but I would wait a little long before doing the next test. Maybe wait another week or two. But these test are pretty good these days and it should show up if you are pregant. Even tho waiting is hard to do if you don't want to be wasting your money then wait. Good luck

yah those sound like symptoms of being pregnant and it is possible that you can fail a pregnancy urine test and still be pregnant so go to the doctors and have a blood test done...

it could be al psycological. Wanting a baby can become an obsession, specially if you're over 30 and you're surrounded by pregant women and people telling you "you're over 30, it's time to make a baby!". Then you start to find out info on pregnancy, how to conceive, and you start to have fantasies of being pregnant. You carry your stuff animals in your arms, you speak to them as your baby.... and you hope each month you can get it, but you don't!

i would consult a doctor, or if you cant afford it, go to planned parenthood. massive cramps are not normally a sign of pregnancy, unless something is quite wrong

I don't think u r pregnant.
This may be a psychological factor.
But you will not lose any if u did the test again
