It all depends how old they are and if they are circumcised or not. I am circumcised but not to tight, so I still have some foreskin left to cover part of the head. Which happens to be the most sensitive part on me, and I like for it to be played with, but you have to gentle since it is sensitive. Circumcised have less sensation, since the head does rub against clothing and loses some sensitivity.
