what are better with skirts sneakers or scandals??

Sandals definately. Sneakers with a skirt screams out frumpy middle aged waitress at the top of it's lungs. The only thing a guy will do if he sees you in a skirt and sneakers is order a cup of coffee and leave coins on your table.
Also sneakers with a denim skirt is not cute it's pathetic. Especially if you're old enough to tell people your age without holding up your fingers and saying "I'm dis many".

Both can be nice with skirts! With denim skirts wear sneakers! With others a pair of pretty sandals,especially if they make show off your feet!

I would definitely say sandals. But it depends on what kind of skirt it is too. If it's a jean skirt, you may be able to pull of sneakers.

It could work either way if you're the type of person with the legs to pull off the look, personally i can only pull off the sandal/flip flop/flats look with skirts. Jean skirts, on the other hand, look great with a pair of nikes or chuck taylors.

personally, i like sandals, it gives a nice summer laid-back vibe. but, it also depends on the look you're going for. if you want a preppy look, white sneakers and skirts match. for a punky look, funky sneakers and skirts match, and for a flirty look, sandals or heels match. it just depends how you want to dress.

Anything with heels. A skirt is feminine so the shoes should be too.
