I would say no, comp time, if given, is a luxury for salaried employees. I would agree with others - you need to check specifics for your state.
As for making a lot more bucks than hourly? Really? I wish.

Sorry. If you're salaried, you're already paid. Where I work you can work up to 80 hours per week and still be paid the same salary. Sucks.
