You need to find an ESL class in your high school. I don't know any Spanish, but I can guess the general meaning of your question. Why don't you write down about 10 phrases a day and ask your English speaking friends, teachers or people on here to help you translate them into English. Choose sentences that will help you communicate what is important to you in school.
