Sounds like there is just a solo acoustic guitar in the background, sounds like the strings are being plucked really hard

I don't know - but if you heard it on the radio, contact them ASAP and ask - you will need the DJ and preferably the time it was on. I believe they have to keep lists of the songs they play so they can pay the royalties that may be due.
