Do not get discouraged maybe this was not your test. I would try especially harder next time to make sure you fully understand everything. What type of math is it? Sometimes we are not as good at Algerbra as we are at Geometry. I would also talk to the teacher and go over what you got wrong. This will show the teacher you care about your grade and are serious about doing well in her or his class. They will respect you for it. Most teachers want their students to succeed. When I was in college I got two C+'s a C and a D in my accounting classes. I still passed the CPA exam ten years later. You will do better next time because you care about your grades.

For starters, I gave you a thumbs up rating. Education involves a variety of subjects. Almost invariably, a student will struggle with at least one. Mine was history. Without it, I'd have a good GPA.

Sure, you're depressed. But I'd take the approach that another answer suggested. Talk to the teacher. Explain how you thought you did well. And you'd like to know where you didn't do well. Explain how hard you've tried, and ask for suggestions on what you can do to understand the concepts. This should let the teacher know what special treatments she should use when new topics are discussed. She will try to reach someone who "tries their BEST".

Don't let a negative ruin your life. Focus on the positive. You expressed yourself very well. I felt your pain. Obviously, you communicate well with people. I can see you having a successful career in social sciences, business management, music, acting, public relations, and the list goes on.

Keep trying with math. It rounds out your education. And don't accept the judgement of the system. A C in math for you is far better than the A that somebody else pulled without even trying.

There's a better day coming!!!!!! Trust me.

Take the cell phone back where you got it and tell them you don't have time to waste messing around with your cell phone when you should be studying.

I would speak with your teacher about this. If you understand what is going on and why you didn't do well, you can do better next time. Most teachers want kids to succeed.

are you sure the grades accurate? Your parents shouldnt freak too much if you tell them you tried your best, i know my parents are happy with whatever i bring home because the know i try my best. Maybe math isnt your subject, it sure isnt mine
