Get the Home/Pro version for free of this anti-virus utility, install it, and let it work it's beauty. Leave it "on" all the time, and it will catch everything.

If you have pops ups happening all the time, even when you aren't opening a new page or link then you have been infected with some form of spyware...
try SpyBot http://www.spybot.com
