In Pokemon RUBY, how do you catch the Reggies and where?

To unlock the Tombs in which the "Reggies" are, you must solve the puzzle in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134. If you surf on the southern part of Route 134 (which is east of Slateport City), you'll soon find a place where you can Dive. There, you will find a cave. Enter the cave, and there is a message at end of each of the chambers (there are two). The messages, which are in VIsual Braille, tell you how to break them. For the first one, bring a Pokemon that knows Dig, and use it in front of the first message. The second one tells you to put Relicanth as your leading Pokemon, and Wailord last. After breaking the second one, the three ruins will open.

Regirock: Desert Ruins, Route 111
Regice: Island Cave, Route 105
Registeel: Ancient Tomb, Route 120

Also, you'll have to solve further mysteries in each of the caves housing the "Reggies".

But it must be unlock first. To unlock it, you must first find the acient cave thats lies on the strong current by using dive. From there when entreing the first room in the cave, use a pokemon with dig to deciper the words in brazille. Then use the pokemon Renicath as the active pokemon, and Wailod as the sixth in position to deciper the next set of words. A earthquake will happen and will unlock the caves at those routes.
