Most compete with each other for greatest influence.
Sometimes, two or more will work togther and pool their influence for greater effect over the others. But that's on a case-by-case basis.

First first days, families kept people together , religion turned people to human beings , education grow up with people minds to higher levels , then governments came to organize people life with rules , it was for people
But then few hundred year after till now .. they are independent from people , it just manipulates every thing to be in control so...
the word compete or the word cooperative isn't that accurate , you have to use the word Manipulate !
