Some people think because they are this or that, then they are on top of the world. NOT! those things are fleeting. Dont you think we are what is in us spiritually, and that part of us does not change for the worse?

one must define spiritual. doing isn't being. well somesay you can go spiritually bankrupt by depleting your store of ???GOD. LIFE IS EVER CHANGING AS WE ARE AS WELL.

I don't think you have experienced life enough to justify what you are questioning. There are so many experiences in our life that can prove to us our beliefs or even change our beliefs. However, if we are set on good foundations from the beginning (that includes not being riddled with genetic mental disorders and having a good home environment) then I believe we can pretty much be ensured that our lives will not change for the worse as we will be strong. On the other hand, normal children born without problems can become hardened criminals if brought up in the wrong hands. I have a strong spiritual belief system, but my family is very spiritual so even though I have studied many of the world's religions and listened to many scientific beliefs and mythological studies, I remain faithful. Again, this is because of my environment. I have been through many rough times (I'm 47 today!) and good times as well. I have witnessed life being brought into this world and saved as well. I have witnessed horrific death and unfair death. I still believe and have faith. That's spirituality.

The things we DO are outward signs of what we ARE.
If a person worships regularly, they are showing respect and love for God.
If they are doing those things just out of habit, and don't have the spiritual motivation inside them... then they are wasting their time.
But how can anybody else judge what their motivation is?
Better to at least TRY to show what we believe.
St.Paul said, "If I have not love I am nothing."

Then why Would God have to destroy a sinner and an unbeliever if nothing changed?
(Rom 6:23) For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
You are a product of your actions, attitudes, and thoughts.
(Psa 94:11) The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they [are] vanity.
(Gen 6:5) And GOD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually.
It is headed that way again.
( Isa 55:7) Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
(Isa 55:8) For my thoughts (God’s) [are] not your thoughts (Man's), neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
Condition these things to God's way of thinking and Live.
Remain in the world's ways of thinking with these things and not change your mind for God and you will die.
Its simple.
The Choice is yours.

Well that depends. If people do their works just to boast well it shows them spiritually alright... It shows that they're just selfish people... but in a sense they're right. One can show where he is spiritually by his actions. But then again, it depends on what you mean by spiritually... You mean like... getting to heaven or something?

well I think that they influence each other, if you do this, your thoughts will be about it. most of people's actions define who they are as a person, so who they are spiritually.

Perception, this is how they see themselves and give them self value. Each of us is seen three ways, we see ourselves one way, others see us another way and then there is what we really are, outside and inside. When all three are the same view, we are enlightened and we are true to ourselves and others.
