There's a lot more than two. Some examples:
Great Salt Lake, Utah
Salton Sea, California
Mono Lake, California
Pyramid Lake, Nevada
Sevier Lake, Utah
Zuni Salt Lake, New Mexico
Crater Lake, Oregon

Yes Great
Salt Lake and Salton Sea if you can stand the smell. My mother who wasn't a swimmer did a great job of floating in the Gulf of Mexico off St Pete Beach Florida. Thats US salt water isn't it.

Lake Salton in California is one. It's below sea level so there's no way for the salt content to escape.

all people can float in all bodies of water...it has to do with the human ability to hold air in their lungs and stay above the surface level of the water.
But if you are talking about salt seas, yes the Salt Lake in Utah is one and I am not sure of the other....no other high salted water comes to mind.

The Salton Sea is an inland saline lake in the Sonoran Desert of extreme southeastern California. It occupies the Salton Basin, a remnant of prehistoric Lake Cahuilla. It is borderded on the south by the rich agricultural areas of the Imperial Valley and on the west, by Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Both the Salton Sea State Recreation Area and the Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge are located on its shores.
