me and my boyfriend have been together for 5 months, and this is my first real serious relationship. so im kinda new at all of this. he says i don't show him that i care and i guess i don't really know how to. i really do care bout him and i love him so much i just need help on showing him that i do. and then sometimes i feel like i say stupid things and he totally thinks i am. please help me out here.

I find it strange that a guy you've only been with for 5 months is complaining about you. This is why I don't believe in having boyfriends. I think you should date multiple people until you want to see if one person is "the one" and then only date exclusively if you want to. If he can't tell you care about him....he shouldn't be dating you. You should be with someone who thinks you are the coolest girl in the world and never thinks the things you say are stupid.

I baked my ex-boyfriend brownies and brought them to his home. He thought it was the cutest thing. Also, if you spend the night make his bed and put a picture of yourself under the pillow you know he will use when your not there...thats cute. You could also get post-its and leave little "i love you" messages around the house. I guess Im a romantic, lol...See if that works for him.

First off, don't give your virginity to him unless he is your husband. Secondly, tell him you care and show it by smiling and grabbing his hand when you are around him. Scratch his back and hold on to his arm sometimes when you are walking together. I think he is looking for little things that show you love him with your emotions.

Get him something nice or jsut simply look in his eyes and tell him you do love him and care about him! If loves and really cares about you he will understand! I hope every thing works out!

first of all, your question gives it away, your young and probably a pre-teen i wouldn't worry too much into this your first relationship, it will probably crash horribly, there will be many more, so if he thinks your stupid then he is not worth it
